How to prepare a delicious greek salad
Ingredients for two persons:
1 red onion,
1 green pepper,
2 tablespoons of olive oil,
1 tablespoon of vinegar,
½ teaspoon of Greek salad mix,
feta (Greek cheese).
Wash vegetables. Cut tomato and cucumber into
small pieces. Cut the onion into slices and pepper into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients and add the olives. Add salt, feta cheese,
Greek salad mix,olive oil and mix all ingredients again.
